Traditional Scottish breakfast

2 sausages, 2 bacon, Hash brown tomato mushroom & 2 eggs which are always free range bought locally from friends with hens.

Vegetarian option 1
Scones, cheese, tomato yoghurt & fresh fruit

Vegetarian option 2
Eggs, tomato, mushroom and hash brown & beans ir required.

Trout caught usually by Colin the fisherman of the house, but occasionally by Andy ar Callum.
The trout are delicious served with tomato mushrooms, hash brown & lemon a real hit with all walks of life.
Roasted cheese – 2 slices of toast with cheese melted on top with tomato and mushrooms.

Scones freshly baked most mornings

– arranged along with breakfast when you arrive.
